WHAT AGE ARE THE SLUMBER PACKAGES RECOMMENDED FOR?

Our slumber experince suits the age 5-16 age group.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes. We require a $50.00 non refundable deposit  within 48hrs to secure booking, this will be sent out in via email or sms, remaining balance due the week of the party.

ARE PILLOWS & DOONAS SUPPLIED?

No we cannot supply the items due to hygiene purposes, we recommend you ask children to bring pillows & sleeping bags on the invites.

IS SET UP INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes. We set up & pack up for free! 

DO I NEED TO WASH THE LINEN BEFORE COLLECTION?

No. We want you to relax, we do all the hard work.

DO I NEED TO PAY A BOND?

No bond is required.  

HOW MUCH ROOM WILL I NEED?

Each tent needs a space of 1.0m Width & 1.8m in Length.

CAN WE HIRE EXTRA TENTS?

Yes extra tents are $40.00 per child.

HOW LONG DOES SET UP TAKE?

Set up takes roughly 1 hour & pack down roughly 30min.

WHAT TIME WILL MY SET UP BE DELIVERED ?

Delivery times are between 8-5, you will be given a 2 hour delivery window the Thursday before the party. We are always understanding/flexible please let us know if you have commitment you need to make.

WHAT TYPE OF BEDS DO YOU USE?

At Diamond Party & Slumber hire we use air beds, we have found these are the best as we can disinfect & sanitize after each use.  Foam mattress can carry nasty bugs & them creepy crawly nits.

WHAT SIZE AREA DO I NEED FOR THE UNICORN EXPERINCE?

Pony rides/unicorn experience require a minimum of a 4 x 4 meter area, we are happy to organise the pony rides up and down the drive way and even along the footpath, we can pick up the child form the yard and take them on a ride along the footpath and back, if there is limited space in your back yard.  

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED AGE FOR THIS EXPERIENCE?

Our unicorn/pony experience suits the 2-10 age group

IS SAFETY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED?

Yes. We provide certified safety helmets. 

HOW LONG DOES THEY PARTY GO FOR?

We have a 1, 1.5 & 2 hour package. Packages can go for longer please contact for a price 

WHATS INVOLVED IN THE PARTY?

Our staff teach children how to be safe & how to care for ponys, then a opportunity for photos to be taken by parents, followed by pats, pampers & teaching children how to lead a pony followed with pony rides .

IS THE UNICORN JUST FOR PARTY'S?

No. Our unicorn can be used events, school fetes, weddings, kindergarten visits, visiting the elderly  & photoshoots.

WHAT OTHER THEMES CAN THE PONY BE USED FOR?

Our pony can be dressed as a Unicorn, My little pony & many more.

WHEN IS IT NOT SAFE FOR THE PONY TO COME

Windy days with strong gust, we will contact you if we are concerned about the wind.

HOT days of 32c, if a hot day is forecast we can to arrange to come a little earlier or later.

Rain is ok, if a thunderstorm with lighting is around we will stop work until it has passed.

Yes all our staff are advanced first aid trained.

DO STAFF HAVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECKS?

Yes all our staff are have working with children checks.
